Not impressed and do not recommend. Paid $275 for cleaning services and the job was not complete. She came over around 10 am on the Friday before Thanksgiving. At 3 pm, I had to leave to pick up my kids from school, and at that point she was not yet finished. So I paid her via PayPal, told her I was leaving, told her to finish up and when she was done, to just close up my garage door. This was to allow her the flexibility to not have to wait around to leave until I was back. I trusted that she would do quality work and complete the job. I said of course. Monday comes and goes and I hear nothing. Okay, fine. I wanted to provide some flexibility in case there was an ongoing family emergency. Then Thanksgiving was right after that, so again, I assumed good intentions, and that she was busy with family during this time. Finally, on 12/4 I reached out saying that I went ahead and completed the job myself (I had people over for a gathering). The rooms left incomplete included the kitchen and the mud/laundry room. Two of the dirtiest rooms in the house. I asked if I could have a refund of $100 for the inconvenience and incomplete services rendered. As of 12/15, still no response. I understand that life happens, but this is just unacceptable and unprofessional. It is the equivalent of having money stolen from me. I do not recommend Tereasa Huneycutt or American Maid Cleaning under any circumstances.
