I called because we were having some issues with our washer’s touchscreen malfunctioning and we finally gave up after many internet searches and attempted self-fixes. Burt offered us something to try before coming out, and it worked! Even though we didn’t need him for this instance, he will be our first call for any future issues.

Contacted Advanced about a dishwasher that wouldn't drain, I think I spoke with Bert. After I explained what wasn't happening with the dishwasher, he asked what steps, if any, I had taken to resolve the problem. I told him after doing some research on the problem, I felt that it was either a plugged drain line or a bad drain pump motor. We checked the drain line, no problems. Replaced the drain pump motor, still didn't drain. After asking a few more questions, he asked if we have had any issues with the garbage disposal.
