Great quality and customer service . I ordered from amazon. If you are worried about the pre-cuts not fitting right, mine were spot on. Product was delivered on time with no damage.I definitely recommend heat shrinking but if you have never done it before I recommend getting at least two practice pieces. I have never done heat shrinking and it took till the 3rd window to get it right. Biggest mistake I think is overdoing it with the heat gun.I did Reach Out to customer service to ask about the heat shrinking. All pieces came cut perfect for each window. Removed all excess tint with no issues. Installed tint onto my vehicle and it looks very good. Would recommend to anyone trying to do diy tint. I messed up two pieces and contacted them and they were quick to reply and had a solution in no time.Service: Privacy window films
