From start to finish The Aesthetics Lounge was a great experience! Lauren was the best. This was my first time getting Botox and I was incredibly nervous!! From the very beginning of the appointment she made me feel at ease . She took the time to explain the product, find out what my expectations were and worked with me to meet those expectations. She was upfront that Botox would not produce desired effects in certain areas and provided education as to what the results with Botox would be in those areas and alternatives to Botox in those areas without trying to upsell me. Feel better? Sleep better? Live better? WHY WOULD I WANT THAT!! Hahahaa. For real, I am pleased I went here and took some time to focus on me. I literally feel like a new person and I cannot thank Kim and her team enough.

I love Aesthetics! I was looking for a new med spa closer to my neighborhood and tried a couple around town. Aesthetics Lounge was by far my favorite - the hydrofacial by Cecil has gotten my skin the best I’ve seen it. I’ve been going here since March 2025
