My stylist, Samantha B., was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly attentive, taking the time to truly understand what I was looking for and addressing all of my concerns with genuine care. I booked a cut and highlight with Madison a couple days ago. She was absolutely AMAZING. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I used to pay almost double for barely doing what I wanted done at a high end salon. I went to the same salon for 28 years, and after they botched my last cut and highlight I took a gamble on Tangled Mane and I’m SO glad I did. I will be going there from now on.
My daughter’s hair experience was amazing from start to finish. We came in for a consultation with the owner, and she was so honest, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to look at my daughter’s hair and explained everything to us. She even recommended having another stylist who specializes in my daughter’s hair type come take a look as well, which I truly appreciated.
Lena came over, examined my daughter’s hair, and talked with us about the best options for her hair care. She was so kind, patient, and helpful.
