I went into this location to discuss my new glasses that just did not feel right. Amira helped me and never made me feel bad for returning them. She took her time to help me look around and pick out other glasses that might work better. I felt so comfortable going back to see her once I gave my glasses another try and again she was so amazing and friendly. We will be going to this location from now on.

Shout out to the awesome SVS team! I walked in the SVS Center and all the staff made me feel right at home. I'm sorry i can't remember all the names of the team members. Lol,but you know who you are as the first to greet me in a wonderful way. Rebecca, the Doctor& Rachel who took me through the process and in such a great timely manner. From beginning to end my experience was fantastic. Everyone went above and beyond from the Dr to the receptionist to the optician, May. Very very helpful including adjusting a pair of sunglasses which I didn’t by there. I would recommend this SVS on Hall road to anyone. Great service.
