John is the only person I will ever work with for mortgage or refinancing! If you are considering shopping around for lenders I'd advise you to skip that step and go straight with Sock Mortgage. I started the process of building a house about 11 months ago and reached out to john about my mortgage. Right from the start he made me feel comfortable. throughout the whole build process john was always following up and making sure I had everything I needed and made sure I was taken care of. He made sure I could get the best rate as possible. Every time I had a question he never hesitated to answer them, even at times I ask the same question over and over and he kept answering till I understood!
