Just had a representative from the diagnostic department call me and tell me I need to pay a $1000 “estimated payment” before tomorrow’s appointment. Why would I pre pay $1000 for a procedure I haven't had yet!?!?! This is absurd!! I have a feeling I won’t even owe that much after my insurance is billed. Sounds like a scam to me McLaren. DO BETTER!

Making me wait over a week for results for something super important & still haven't read my results. Luckily I have a good friend in the hospital trying to help me out. Very disappointed. Especially because the ladies who initially took care of me did such a great job & helped me through the process. Wish the Doctors followed up promptly.
