Everything was nice. I got a facial and a massage. The massage was good but not the best I ever had. The facial however was super awesome and it was my favorite part of the experience. I would go back for a facial for sure.
My first time at this location, here's my feedback:I scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue with the recommendation of Shirley as my masseuse. The recommendation came from Alexa who took my call and helped with an older gift certificate - Alexa was amazing, great follow up and very helpful.Shirley was great, she's been doing massage work for 17 years, she did a great job on my shoulders and feet, and a great scalp massage.Reasons for 4 stars, which would really be a 3.5 star is:The "consultation" with the masseuse and waiting for them to get back in the room comes off your time, my massage started about 12-15 mins after my time started.It would be nice to have a water bottle...read full review
I've had a lot of massages, but the one I got from Jenna was up there in the top 10. She was fabulous, very thorough, and hit all the trouble spots I explained to her. Will definitely go back and highly recommend her!
