Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - Clinton

Had a rough first few visits. On my first visit for sickness and a new patient visit, I arrived 30 minutes early to fill out a ton of paperwork even though I'd done it all online I thought. And after 45 minutes, they said it was still going to be around a 60-90 minute wait. I rescheduled at their next slot which was 2 weeks later. By then, the sickness was gone and waited another hour after my appointment time. However, I will say the doctor was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me so I realized that's why they may run so behind. Ignore the bad reviews. I love IHA in Clinton for three reasons: (1) patient and knowledgeable doctors; (2) ease of making appointments/getting Rx refills online via website/app; (3) really clean and updated facility. The reason appointments book so far out is because this facility is really popular! I wish they had an office in Tecumseh and Adrian.IHA is part of Trinity Health - if you download the app, you can request prescription refills, appointments, etc. Super easy. This office—all staff members at every level—have always been incredibly responsive and helpful for my entire family, including newborns and adults. Yes, general appointments schedule awhile out, but if I’ve ever had a concern, my doctor and the nurses have always been flexible and helpful in a timely manner, going above and beyond to get us the care we need. As a mom, I’m always impressed by the after hours call center. We see Dr. Salada and couldn’t be more impressed by his level of attentive care.
