Al has his favorites, who pay to keep him in business. The "personal training" you get here is him making fun of you. You pay your money up front and get nothing but a board of exercises to do your own ... with Al telling you you're doing everything wrong. This business was open all through the pandemic, because he could care less about your safety. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I'm embarrassed I did!

Would recommend this place only because they support the walk for the red 140 to help firefighters with cancer and their families.
