We were having problems with yellow jackets. I am so glad I called Elite instead of handling it ourselves, Ken was is so knowledgeable . I appreciate how he explained everything to me. He even checked other areas of my house to make sure there wasn’t a bigger problem. The service was unmatchable. If I ever have any other issues I will definitely call him again.
Developed an infestation of ants in kitchen area. I had concerns about using a pest control company because I have 2 cats. The women I spoke to on the phone explained the process and relieved my apprehensions. John was professional and knowledgeable. The ants are gone and the cats are fine.
Ryan met with me. I showed him the yellow jacket nest and then asked him if he could find where mice were getting into the house. He eliminated the nest, explaining how he would do it and what to do if the wasps come back, which they did not. Then he examined the perimeter of the house and found what he thought might be entry points for the mice. He then plugged them up.
Ryan was very patient and helpful. He explained everything he did and answered all of my questions. This has been the best company that we have used. Other companies charged a lot of money for basically doing nothing.
I highly recommend Elite Pest Management!
