Kelvin was great. Had them come back for a reglaze on my tile walls and tub. Second time coming out, first guys finished product didn’t last as long as expected, needed a reglaze after only 5/6 months. Granted got the Ultra Basic Package for $650, which for that price and having three walls done and a tub I feel like you can’t beat that price. Came with a 30 day warranty, which truthfully I thinks way too soon even for such a cheap glaze but that’s my own opinion. Bob was transparent and straight forward and I can respect that. Second guy that came out did a fantastic job and really made me feel more secure about the longevity of the product.
