I have been Kathy’s customer for more than 20 years. I searched everywhere before I found her and she is the BEST! Everyone in her salon is friendly. It is clean and they are highly professional.

You will not be sorry if you pay them a visit.

Having said this, I can assure you that, in my MANY visits, I have observed a few customers ‘play the complaint game’, trying to receive services without paying. It’s a scam and the resulting false review(s) should obviously be seen for what they are.

My daughter and I absolutely love this place. Staff is very welcoming with great conversation. My having a handicap related to my one foot was accepted and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. The pedicure was very professional and not rough at all….the polish work was perfect. My daughter full set was perfect with no pain. This place is definitely worth it.

Cleanliness: Hand wash before service is used, the building itself is clean the tools used are cleaned before use

Kathy does a great job! I’ve been going to her for years and see her every two weeks. I highly recommend Creative Nails!
