I feel so lucky to live less than three minutes away from this place! EXTREMELY clean, The staff is always pleasant to deal with, and it's definitely worth the money. Danielle, in particular, actually went above and beyond to speak with one of the head managers and adjust my balance, would have paid over 200$ to come back and continue tanning if she hadn't taken the time to..... They definitely change their bulbs and keep up with what you would assume should be expected as far as maximizing your optimal tan. I love tanning here:))

Katie at 12 & Schoenherr has the best attitude I’ve ever came across! When I came she had the best smile and I ended up having an issue with my session, but she was very professional and courteous about everything! I wish every Chili Peppers Tanning would hire somebody as amazing and charismatic as Katie!!

I went in for the first time a week ago and the staff was very friendly and answered all my questions and helped me pick out the best option for myself. The beds were nice and kept clean, I would recommend if you need a tan!!
