Have been a happy customer of Budget Electric for many years. I noticed the dreaded red light illuminated on my Generac generator on Sunday evening. I called first thing in the morning on Monday to let them know it was getting the “low oil” message and oil was everywhere inside the enclosure. Stephanie in the office (one of my heroes) said she would call me back a little later and she did to tell me a crew will be there shortly.
