My hair was messed up for a year plus from a nightmare haircut I got from a barbershop. I have really curly hair (3c/4a) that was cut very badly leaving it uneven everywhere. I decided to stop by here and get a facial for personal self care as recommended. I had a chance to meet and work with Vincenza. I enjoyed the conversation during the service, but also the educative guidance she gave me on facial dermatology. As often as I am in Michigan, I'll be stopping by for this service and perhaps to experience some of the others, but this is where I found a good place to go for high value customer service. This place was recommended to me when I moved here 3 years ago. It's a bit pricey, but they do a great job. My hair stylist, Ashley is the best! She understands my curly hair, takes her time to listen carefully to what my requests are and works to get her to achieve a stunning hair do. She is so sweet, REAL, and feels more like a friend that someone performing a service. She is professional and talented. She is a credit to this business and I request her every time.
