I had an appointment for 2 and it took and hour for me to be seated. A girl walked in and got immediately seated. some areas of my nails aren’t fully covered at the ends. my friend had to ask for them to refile her acrylics because some were too thick. they are nice that’s why i give them a 3. i got gel for 35 bucks. i will probably have to touch them up when i get home. i should definitely speak up next time but i’m always so afraid to, plus they really should do those types of things the right time, since that’s what i payed for. i’d go again, but it’s not a top place in this area.

When I arrive the receptionist was dismissive, just said pick a color and wait. I picked a color from the dip powder bucket, they were all mixed up and I kept getting colors that were not available for dip. The nail tech cut me while clear my cuticles 3 times. She said you have dry skin, as if I had never had my nails done before. She also took a phone call, stopped doing my nails and talked on the phone. Finally when I was finished the was dried dip stuck to my fingers and nail job is very poor quality.

Me my mom and my sister went. All the workers were so friendly and amazing. They did our nails so fast and they looks so good. Definitely will be back again! Absolutely loved the whole experience!
