I would have rated him 4 stars if he didn't make his patients wait forever and also his rude staff member Kim.Dr. Persaud has set the best example of the knwoledagable, caring physician who is really passionate about his job and a doctor who empathizes and appreciates your paying him a visit and how important you are as his patient.His friendly and nice way of treating his patients, good bedside manners, and how he can feel your pain and anticipate how you feel as soon as he looks at you at first sight.However, I'd blame him for keeping such an incompetent person as his assistant Kim and letting her mistreate his patients, forcing them to leave his practice... read full review

Doctor is awesome , However the counter staff needs to be more helpful to patients and more listening to what patients are saying. Without listening they do what they want to do, causing loss of time for everyone and creating stressful environment. It's a loss of energy and time for everyone.Some of staff is extremely rude and unhelpful to patients, specially on calls
