Doctor is awesome , However the counter staff needs to be more helpful to patients and more listening to what patients are saying. Without listening they do what they want to do, causing loss of time for everyone and creating stressful environment. It's a loss of energy and time for everyone.Some of staff is extremely rude and unhelpful to patients, specially on calls
