Laundry Palace

Laundry Palace has been a beloved part of Downtown Clawson since 1991, providing exceptional service and value to its customers. Under new ownership since 2006, the business has expanded its offerings to include pickup and delivery services. The store was remodeled in 2015, featuring new Speed Queen washers and dryers, and in 2019, they introduced an APP-based payment system for convenient payments.

Customers appreciate the cleanliness and availability of machines at all hours. The facility offers various payment options, including quarters, credit/debit cards, and a prepaid debit card system. Many have praised the effectiveness of the extra-large washers for bulky items like comforters. The staff, including the friendly Kenzie, has been noted for their helpfulness and the cool atmosphere they create.

While some reviews mention slightly higher prices compared to other places, most agree that the quality of service and cleanliness of the facility make it worth the extra cost. The music played in the laundromat appeals to a diverse crowd, creating a welcoming environment for everyone. Laundry Palace also has a variety of laundry supplies and a snack machine. Overall, Laundry Palace provides a positive laundromat experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
