After another “reputable” shop damaged my Mini, I took the 10 hour round trip out to Detroit Tuned, and their service was phenomenal! The owner, technicians, and staff were extremely knowledgeable, and accommodating. They were able to fix the issues and get my car running better than ever. If you own a Mini I highly recommend making the trip out there for your service and repair needs. Their pricing was fair, they spent the extra time to get me back on the road the same day, and they far exceeded all expectations.

Brought my folks' Mini in for a rough idle issue about a month ago These guys were able to diagnose and fix the issue in timely manner at a reasonable price. I haven't had any issues since then and I'm satisfied with the work they've done. They don't try to upsell you or pull any sneaky tactics (*cough cough* Mini Dealership). They are an honest bunch and I will continue to bring my business here.

Sarah first came to my rescue when I was visiting Detroit in the middle of January and had to drive back to PA in 2 days when my car began overheating. She walked me through what I needed to do immediately and squeezed me in for a last-minute appointment to make sure I made it home without my car blowing up on the way. Fast forward to 6 months later: I’m living in Detroit and won’t take my car anywhere else.
