I work at a desk all day, and my neck, shoulders, and sciatic pain were an absolute mess before I started coming to Angela at BonMar. From the very first session, Angela took the time to really listen to what was going on with my body and tailored the treatment specifically to my problem areas.
The difference has been incredible. The tension in my neck and shoulders has significantly decreased, and my sciatic pain is finally manageable. I leave every session feeling looser, lighter, and so much more comfortable. If you spend long hours sitting like I do, this is exactly the kind of therapeutic, knowledgeable care you need. Highly recommend!
