We had the absolute best experience with Jason at our wedding! From start to finish, the dance floor was packed, and the energy never dropped. Jason knew exactly how to read the crowd and played the perfect mix of songs that had everyone!! The vibe was electric, and we’re still feeling the love from that unforgettable evening. If you want a DJ who will make your wedding a night to remember, Jason and Sound Productions are the ones to book!! We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! We also want to give a shoutout to Garrett for running the greatest photobooth!! Garret was so fun and able to join in with the party to make it the best experience. I still look at my collection of photobooth photos daily!!! I wish I could take these two everywhere I go because they bring the party!!! So much love for this company!!!
What an absolute top notch job. Jason Leopold killed it at our wedding! We could not have asked for a better performance! Great audio quality, song selections and orders were fantastic. Lighting and effects- wonderful. Dismissing tables, serving the head table when he had a chance- above and beyond! Thank you Jason and Sound Productions! A++
We had sound productions entertainment booked for our wedding on October 15th. They called us on the Wednesday before the wedding to go over all the music we would like and the phone call went great!! We planned out the whole day. On our wedding day, the dj was supposed to be set up and ready to play music by 2:30 for our guests to be seated. At 3:30 the speaker for the music was finally set up. We began to walk down the aisle 30 minutes after we had planned and the music stopped. The microphone barely worked during the ceremony and kept cutting in and out and no song was played while we were walking back down then isle. Then during cocktail hour, the dj played our grand entrance song and claimed he did not have a list of the music we chose during the phone call meeting. We tried our best to go with the flow and not let it affect us and then around 9pm my husband and I became the dj at our own wedding due to the dj we hired going out to his van to do smoke something multiple times when we were informed that the dj will not be drinking, smoking, or eating during the Reception. Then at 10:15 he started to pack up his van when we had the service booked until 11pm and we were told that the last song would be played at 11pm. TO TOP IT OFF, most of the songs that were played were only played for a few seconds before they were switched to the next song, had SO MANY Verizon commercials, and the officiant had to do all the announcing for the grand entrance, speeches, and table dismissal for food even though the dj was supposed to do so! On October 25th once we got home from our honeymoon, we called the office and spoke with a manager and got an apology from Sound Productions and our money back in full(AFTER the owner of the business, Jim, stating he didn’t think it was fair for them to refund the full amount but he would do it anyway even though the manager I spoke with earlier that day said we deserved all of our money back AND having to continue to contact because they didn’t get around to sending the money until a week after they said they would send it) which was very much appreciated since our special moment was ruined due to their failure. Sound productions also informed us that they didn’t have enough staff for all the weddings they had booked that weekend so they had to hire out from another DJ company. We hired SOUND PRODUCTIONS not another company and so when we were informed of that AFTER the wedding, we were not too pleased. That information should have been provided to us when we booked or during the phone call we had a few days before the wedding. NOT AFTER. AND their website states that they have 0 OUTSOURCING which is obviously not the case!! (Screenshot from website down below) If you have Sound Productions booked in the near future PLEASE request that one of their actual employees is working your event so your event isn’t ruined or find a more trustworthy company! PLEASE BE CAREFUL USING SOUND PRODUCTION ENTERTAINMENT!! (I HAVE CONTACTED THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS)
