I went to their shop looking for help with my 10 year old Toshiba laptop that was running way too slow. Wayne and his staff were terrific. They explained the pluses and minuses of having my laptop repaired or upgraded, and then answered my questions and made suggestions on the right level of features I might need if I bought a new one. (by the way, they don't sell computers and made no money on a new purchase). I offered to pay them for all of their suggestions and guidance and they refused.
If you need help or suggestions on computers, I would highly recommend them without any reservations.
