I don't understand why people are calling the Dr condescending. I appreciated having everything explained the way he explained it, it helped me understand. Sandy is very friendly, very helpful. I didn't have my insurance card and she was able to find it online before I even came into the office for my first visit. Dr Keppner knows what he's doing. I was a little freaked out, it was my first time being to a chiropractor, and he walked me thru the process and made sure I was doing ok thru the whole thing.
