I called at least 6-8 septic companies and Tim from Rattee was the only company to return my call. Not only was he able to schedule me for the next morning he explained why he couldn't come until his truck was dumped Mondaymorning. They were scheduled for 7:30/8am Monday morning, but then had an issue with the truck at the dumping station. Not only did they text me of the issue, he even sent me a video of the issue they had. Once the truck was fixed they were right over and cleaned out my tank and did an inspection of my tank and field. I had an emergency, where water was overflowing in certain areas of my house, due to a septic issue. I called Tim at Rattee Septic/ Escavating and he was able to send someone out to unplug/drain my septic tank in such a short time. Tim rearranged his very busy schedule for the day and fit me in.
