My mom gifted me a $75 gift card to Motor City Tan & Wellness on Gratiot, and I used it toward a month of Level 4 tanning. I've only been a few times so far, but I'm already starting to see some color.

The salon is always clean, and the tanning beds are spotless. Every visit has been quiet and relaxing, and I've practically had the place to myself.

They also offer permanent jewelry, which was new to me, but I've heard it's become very popular. What stood out most was my consultation. The staff was friendly and informative, and I never felt pressured to buy products, lotions, or even goggles. They answered my questions and let me decide what worked best for me.
