However, there have been instances where service could be improved, such as a fill taking an extended period, and nails being left crooked. Despite these rare occurrences, customers generally appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and plan to return, sometimes even requesting a different technician.

I don’t give reviews very often but felt I had to. This was the first time I went to Sassy Nails and Binh did an amazing job on my mani/pedi. It is seriously the best that I have experienced. She listened, gave me choices and took time to make sure I was happy.

Nice nail shop I haven’t had a set of nails done for atleast 8 years the girl Bella who did my nails did an amazing job I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely go back again

I've only gone here once. They are friendly here which is great but the man who did my nails left them crooked and he took forever. I was in the chair for an hour and a half for a fill. I'll probably try this place again and ask for someone else.
