I was able to make an appointment at my choosing. I didn’t wait long. They were courteous and professional. I was taken care of in a timely fashion . They worked well with my pharmacy.
after going to my family doctor and being told they could see my daughter on the 3rd, i was referred here to beaumont urgent care.
The lady at the desk was super nice and crazy efficient and presented herself with a wonderful smile. 5 stars to her!
There was a bit of a wait (but not as long as i feared). and a wait should be expected when seeing any doctor w/o an appt. 4stars.
Once my daughter was called into see the doctor she was helped quickly, diagnosed, and provided a prescription. very efficient 5stars
copay was a bit higher, but again, this was expected, and the extra money was well spent so we didn't have to wait 4 days more to see the family...read full review
This was the absolute best urgent care experience I've ever had! I scheduled online and was in and out within 25 minutes including triage, testing, and meds being escripted across the street at Walgreens. Tia the nurse greeted me with a smile and made the visit friendly and made me feel 100% comfortable. She is amazing! The doctor and MA Tania have awesome bedside manners as well. Thank you!!
