Not really great, not really bad, just meh.
Lots of waiting for weight training equipment, because it's in the wellness center. A bit crowded during busy hours. And the phone for the Chelsea location kicks to voicemail so by the time the office staff listens to mesaage and call you back, you're already at work or unable to answer the call ... so you have to listen to the voicemail and call them back...to leave them another message. Then they call you back....and leave a message.
It's just a bad system, no fault of any one particular person.
Everyone is really nice and almost always on time.
I went here for my back fusion in 2015...torn meniscus surgery in 2023 then knee replacement in 2024 and going there now, 2025 for shoulder replacement...the staff is amazing! Every single therapist I've had, has been very patient, kind, polite, compassionate and knowledgeable, taking time to explain what they are going to do and why and what I need to do at home...ive had all of them work with me at one time or another...they understand what your going through and want to see you succeed....like anything else, you get out of it what you put into it....when you get your surgery date go in that day to schedule your P.T. as they are booked fast and you'll be able to get...read full review
I started last November and came a long way at getting my pelvic, hip and back from not hurting and back to where it should be. All the people there helped me through the rough part and easy part. I started at 50% and I'm at 90% but know i have streches and exercises to keep it where i need to be. Thanks to my physical therapist Adam and marg.
