The Solid Waste Transfer Station is a well-organized and well-maintained facility that does not smell bad. It is a convenient and user-friendly place for disposing of all kinds of trash and materials from household items to renovation debris like drywall and toilets. The staff is super friendly and provides great help, unloading vehicles and directing customers to the proper sections. The indoor dumpsite is a large, open-air garage decorated awesomely with collectibles, old school signs, and decals on the walls. There is a fee charged for loads, which is extremely reasonable and often much cheaper than other waste services. Payment is cash only. The facility is sectioned off for certain items with clear signage, making it easy to navigate. Customers report being in and out quickly. For questions, calling in advance is recommended; if no one answers, leaving a voicemail will prompt a callback shortly. This place takes care of business right.
Doing a whole house demo and remodel, and found this gem of a place. Took everything in our truck bed from toilets to drywall and unloaded for us. Didn’t cost an arm or a leg. We will definitely be coming back.
For being a place where people bring their trash, it’s actually nice and well maintained. It doesn’t smell bad, the employees are super friendly, and everything has signage placed so it’s easy to navigate the property. They have a lot of old school signs, decals, and really cool decorations hanging up all over the walls in the main building where you toss the household items at.Just a heads up, you will need to bring cash with you. Very well organized & staff great help. Had a truck load of pretty much every kind of material that was trash & they take it all. There is a fee charged for loads & its cash only so go prepared. Sectioned off for certain items & a spot to deposit regular trash. The indoor dumpsite-large open air garage facility-is user friendly & the inside is decorated awesome with collectables all over the walls. Done tastefully considering its a waste facility! I was impressed & the staff there helped with the contents of our truck & directed us where to put other things we had that were different dump stations around the grounds of the place.
