Lane was very understanding that our regular vet was out off their elements and didnt have the medications in stock needed to help our car Tuco. Our regular vet us order them through Chewy, who delayed our medication shipment twice - that wont happen again!! Lane helped us understand Tuco's problem, walk us through the things we could try and do to give him a pain free life. The staff was truly awesome and professional. Made a very sad moment pleasant.
