I was in a really bad place, I had lost my dental insurance and went through a lot of personal issues. When I got insurance I messaged about 20 offices to see if anybody would message me back (I have a phone phobia of calling people) I was driving to work and Dr. Tseng called me, she was the only dentist to reach out to me at all, literally. She talked to me for maybe 30 minutes about my situation and was so friendly and so nice and I am so happy she called me, I’ve been seeing her for now two years and I guess I can say as an adult I have found my own dentist, non judgmental so nice, they are super quick and do things really well. Hands down my best dentist experience ever. This was the most relaxed I’ve ever felt at a dentist office. The staff was so caring and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable and took the time to explain everything about my treatment plan. I’ve found my forever dentist.
