I want to thank David so much! He was so helpful with my computer issues! He went above and beyond to help me! I'm not great with technology and I'm a little embarrassed to say I didn't understand much of what he was explaining to me at first. However, he took the time to explaine to me so I could understand and answered all my questions. He was kind and super helpful with assisting me. I was trying to help my children to have access to a computer for school work. l so far it has been a success! Wouldn't have been able to do it without his help!!

My son has a gaming pc that was bogging down and dropping frames. It was taken to a computer shop in another town. That shop quoted a certain amount and then took a week and a half to diagnose and "fix the issue" once fixed they wanted almost 2.5x the quoted amount. (But hadn't actually replaced any parts on the system) negotiated back down to the original fee plus an additional $10. The system was 100% the same and not actually fixed

Super fast service and very nice to work with. Explained everything and made it easy to understand the options. Saved me lots of money with an upgrade vs a new laptop. I would highly recommend this business for repairs or upgrades.
