Dr. Nelson saw him and knew exactly what it was, showing great knowledge. The girls on the staff were so kind and caring to help him with the procedure. The clinic really came through for them, fitting them in at the end of the day for urgent care. They were able to see him the same day for a basic anal gland expression. Whether caring for elderly pets or providing emergency services, North Straits Animal Clinic earns trust and gratitude from pet owners.
We are traveling across country from Florida and our therapy dog’s anal gland became impacted. We called and they took us in the same day. Everyone couldn’t have been nicer and Dr Nelson took great care of our boy checking him all over and making him comfortable again I highly recommend them and would use them as our primary vet if I lived here. Many thanks to them for seeing us. Very much appreciated.
Our beloved family pet was very sick and they were able to see us right away. Unfortunately our dog passed on the way there. They were amazing in trying to resuscitate our dog and patient and kind while we took some time to grieve. Everyone we spoke to there was very patient and friendly, which was exactly what we needed during this difficult time.
Thank you for seeing my big guy today and having supplies on hand. Dr. Nelson has been taking care of my cats for years and is kind and patient. I wouldn't go anywhere else😇
