I would like to give a shout out to Bishop GMC Cadillac in Cheboygan Michigan. I've worked with Josh in the car detailing department several times in the past and he does an absolutely fantastic job. He is always prompt and professional and does a very thorough job when cleaning and waxing and washing my vehicles. As well, I would like to commend Mandy on her professionalism and her knowledge running Bishop's service department. Mandy has always gone above and beyond the customers expectation when it comes to their car's service and always takes the time to answer the customers questions and make sure the customer always knows exactly where they stand with their service....read full review
This is a follow up to service we had. We worked out what had happened and Mandy Carlton made it right. Again, I was/am impressed with professionalism and customer service. We would return if we were in area and needed service. Our gratitude does out to the dealer. (p.s. ignore previous review with nothing written. My bad.)
