Very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me choose quality appliances that fit our needs. They delivered our refrigerator the next day, which was super helpful as ours was broken. Limited showroom choices, but the choices were quality merchandise. They service the brands they sell (and more). Special order stove took 1-2 weeks for delivery and install. Very nice people. Would buy from them again.

My Wife and I have Purchased All of Our Appliances from Pillowman Appliance for more than 15 Years for Our home and Three Rental Properties. From Personal Expierience We have been Absolutly Impressed from Competative Pricing, Receiving Education on the differences in Appliance Design and Construction, how to look at all Catigouries of Product Value, as Well as how to do very Simple things to Keep Your Appliance Healthy and Prevent Break Downs. It sounds like folks have had some warranty repair issues with Pillowman, but they've been really helpful to me. I bought a small fridge special order from them, and they expedited the process and gave me a price that was totally competitive with big box stores. I also have a troubled fridge that I did not buy from them, and they have helped me diagnose the problems and order parts free of charge. I appreciate the knowledge and willingness to help.
