“About 10 years ago I tried to pick up the heavy motor of an industrial milling machine, at about shoulder level, by myself, while standing on the sidewall of a pickup truck box. I guess this is why women often live longer than men. My spine felt like a barely-balanced stack of tea cups afterwards, and every movement hurt. I tried aspirin, Tylenol, naproxen, ibuprofen, Doan's, etc. and nothing helped a bit. I went to a regular doctor and they had nothing useful to say about it.
