Had an excellent visit, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a weird insurance situation that they were very helpful and patient with. I did have to pay out of pocket eventually (nothing that was their fault, literally just got kicked from my insurance) but the exam was reasonably priced. Darci in particular was assisting me with my frames, I did choose to order a pair from somewhere else however, she went above and beyond to try and help me find a pair that I liked and was super patient with me. Overall excellent visit and Dr. Goeman is a pleasant conversationalist, answered all my questions with a smile.
Love this place. I had to switch to a different place for a couple years due to insurance changes but was thrilled when I learned rx optical in Charlotte became an in network provider. Everyone is friendly, helpful and efficient. The Dr is easy to talk to, explains things great and doesn't give me the anxiety I normally get going to other (eye) places. I highly recommend!
Everyone was super nice and helpful! All my questions about insurance and protections plans etc were answered, my appointment started right on time, they informed me right away if something wasn’t covered by insurance and my exam took no time at all and I even had 2 kids being done at the same time with me. Great selection of frames, cozy atmosphere, and I felt like I was a priority. All our frames even came in early! 10/10 would recommend. My family and I are not going anywhere else that’s for sure.
