Had an outage on a Friday Afternoon and needed an Electrician right away. Even though John’s crew were all busy- he took the time to call me back and get me in touch with a local electrician to get me squared away and fixed up before the weekend.

That’s the community team work we need!

After attempting to work with some different electric companies to get my 3-phase service installed I contacted John-Boy. They did tell me that it would be a little bit to get scheduled and out to install but they worked me in faster. Install went smoothly and now I can use my 3-phase service. Shortly after the install I had a question about a 3-phase battery charger for my forklift and they came back out and we were able to go through the charger and make sure it was properly set up for my service. The office help never returned phone calls to me or my realtor, but once I actually spoke to Electrician ,he was very kind and answered all my questions and took care of our issue fast. He personally even call me back to let me know work was finished. Was very grateful for that.
