Would not recommend this cleaning service. Very closed communication. I called Jill to get an estimate on a house I needed assistance cleaning. She relayed she lived in Charlotte (same city as the house) so it shouldn’t be difficult for her to travel over there as she told me she was use to driving to Lansing /Detroit area. She told me she wanted to come out and look at the house so that she could give me a proper estimate, however that quickly turned south as she has never been in contact with again. Jill and her team were absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! They did a deep clean in my 2 bed, 2 full bath loft apartment with high ceilings. We asked for help last minute since we have family coming into town with extremely bad allergies to our cats and we needed a good deep clean and Jill had quickly responded and was flexible and added us in her schedule. Jill and her team listened to all of our requests and needs and followed through with them all. They did a great job doing detailed cleaning in every part of the entire place and it has been so amazing to enjoy a beautifully clean and dust free home. Fantastic. I needed a deep cleaning of a bathroom in an apartment I was selling and needed help quickly.The previous occupant had left it beyond disgusting. Jill arranged to do the job in just a few days. We are thrilled with the results.Highly Highly Recommend
