My hearing aid wouldn't stay in my ear well enough and I was afraid I'd lose it. A nice gentleman changed the dome and the hearing apparatus for me. Now I'm good to go!
I had my first appointment with Dr. Katie. Shannon pleasantly greeted me as soon as I walked in before I even noticed her behind the front desk. I arrived early because I knew that there would be paperwork. Once I completed it, Dr. Katie brought me right into her office and performed the tests. I was done within 20 minutes. Dr. Katie and Shannon are very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and willing to explain everything. To be honest, the office space is very small and somewhat austere and “uninviting”, but don’t let that put you off because the office is managed well and all staff are kind, respectful and very professional and efficient.
Went in for my 6 month products , and had my hearing aids cleaned. Quite a positive experience. Friendly and thorough staff . In and out in 10 minutes. Thanks to all of you , who know there jobs like the back of there own hand . I appreciated your timely service and would recommend your business to anyone who wants to quality service at all levels .
