The lady in respiratory is very knowledgeable about CPAP machines. She remedied my problem ASAP and it did not cost much. It is best to visit in person rather than calling on the phone.
Most of the employees are nice but they do have a couple that really don't care about the customer. They are just there to collect a check. Some things are priced ok and others are outrageous.
