I've been going to this doctor's office for about 2 years now. My doctor is very understanding and listens when I have concerns or questions and is always helpful when needed!
About a week ago I received a call from the doctor's office stating my results and actions required after that, but it seemed like the nurse or whomever I was on the line with was in a hurry or rush to get off the phone, I barely understood anything she said, now, I am waiting for my next appointment to figure out what my results were and, what further actions I need to take to better myself and health!!
I want to thank the clinic and Tom Cox and his team for a most wonderful experience this week. From start to finish everyone was friendly, courteous, and thorough. ITom is the best doctor ever! I only wish I had to see him more often. He knows my health issues(and there are many) inside and out. He sincerely cares about me and does it all with a sense of humor. The entire office was wonderful! Thank You!!
My physician is very personable. The Nurse even searched the internet and other resources to help pay for my prescriptions when I was between health insurance companies. I left with many coupons that cut my out of pocket cost in half.
