My children have been going to see Matt Larson at White Pine for years. He’s one of the best human beings I have ever met! Great at what he does and he knows a lot! Not just family medicine, he’s very down to earth, reliable, understanding, and a great listener! I would recommend him a million times over!!! 100 ⭐️s!
I’ve been going to this doctors office since I was 12 years old and now as a mother, I have both of my children going there however the past week and today I’ve tried to call to make appointment for my oldest child and it keeps telling me call failed or lines are busy so I decided to call back later and I still get the same thing. White Pine Family Medicine needs to fix their phone other than that. They are a great facility and I recommend them to a lot of people in my area but there phone is becoming an issue to new and existing patients because I keep saying busy line or call failed How do they expect patient to make appointments if they don’t answer the phone?
Dr. Emily Pretzer was my first doctor here and was AMAZING. Kind and caring and listened to what I needed and wanted to find solutions for my chronic pain. Unfortunately she left I heard to be in the ER which she’s a very talented doctor so I’m not surprised. So I got transferred to another female doctor here, Dr. Jessica Walker. If you are a woman with chronic pain come here and ask for her! She is also very amazing and listens to your problems and cares. She’s not afraid to say she’s not able to do something for a particular problem you have and will refer you to someone who specializes in that care.
