As a first time client, I called in and was set to see Rachael, what a wonderful appointment! Rachael took my very tired, distressed hair and turned it into a fashionable, healthy looking looking style. She also has excellent communication skills, and very gentle and considerate personality. This place is so welcoming. As soon as I walked in a was greeted with a smile. My stylist (Lauren nezz) was amazing. She had a bright and colorful personality and as soon as I told her what I wanted she knew exactly how to do itand explaied how she was gonna do it. Such a eazy visit. 10 out of ten would recommend!

I went to a different salon and had the worst experience and they were not willing to fix it. I went to Nikki’s and seen Lauren and she went right to work! I’m so happy and got exactly what I wanted!
