Adamczak construction is not only good but affordable. Todd just finished a house that I bought as a rental (without realizing how much work it needed) and did a great job. It had to be taken down to the studs but Todd and his crew stayed through to the end. He’s done so many roofs for my rentals that he said he was going to buy me a T-shirt that said “Hi, I need a roof.”
