Customer service is definitely not one of their strong point. Very nice during our initial meeting, told all of us that were present that any of us could check on the progress of my sister’s headstone at any time during the process. I stopped in after 8 months and was told they were still in the process and it should be done soon. After waiting another2 months I called to check on the status and was told he would check and give me a call back the next day. Later that day I received a voicemail message stating that he couldn’t give me any information. I had my brother-in-law call the next day, he was told it was finished. They were all the nicest people. It took a while to get it because of covid issues but the stone is out there now and it is beautiful they did a awesome job. I highly recommend them if you need a grave stone..

Finally found a stone for my parents. My mom got everything she wanted, and it's beautiful. They were very good at showing her what she wanted. The picture is the color, but I don't want to share the rest publicly.
