Totally rude and inconsiderate. They clearly advertise online as a trailer parts store. They post all kinds of pictures of parts. Try going there and buying any trailer parts and they treat you like you're crazy and they don't sell parts. Utter liars and the owner was screaming at me then his workers started screaming at me. No thanks.
Called up there about their equipment and trailer sales and a nice young lady was helping me out, answering my questions about what was available, and a rude man grabbed the phone and said "hey, hey, hey, call somewhere else!". Then hung up on me. Very rude. Would not recommend. Also... Check the other reviews, all this owner says to any negative feedback is, "your statements are not true" yah, so EVERYONE else is lying and are probably working together against you. No, the facts are, your a rude person. I've never rented anything from there, but my first and last interaction was this experience which is TRUE. Unfortunately I guess I'll be on the "do not rent list" lol. Perfect. Would never rent anything from them after seeing the way this owner denies all responsibility and lies through his teeth.
do not spend your money here... rent from sunbelt rentals or chets rental. the owner is disrespect and mouthy. you will be displeased. if his daughter wasint there with him i would have handled it far differently. if you know someone that wants to go there to rent send them elsewhere. after he loses customers. he called me fucking stupid to my face i guess because he was behind the counter and noone has pulled him over the other side yet. For someone who deals with the public the guy doesn't think much. If he would have said that to someone else they could have a friend rent a 80k piece of equipment and return it running fine for it to never run again. Moral of the story is luckily for him I'm not an asshole but other people can be. Don't rent from the guy don't give him a penny. I could care less about the couple hundred bucks I gave him but ill never put another penny into his pocket. And the 10-15 people I know that he doesn't know I know won't be on his client list after today. God bless...
